MediaDashboard Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of the terms
By accessing or using MediaDashboard, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the service.
2. Authorized users
MediaDashboard is intended for authorized professional users. You must have the legal authority to connect any Google Ads account or other data source that you add to the service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with your organization's policies.
3. Service description
MediaDashboard retrieves and displays advertising campaign information from accounts connected by authorized users. The service may provide reporting, aggregation, visualization and analysis features.
MediaDashboard does not create, modify or publish advertising campaigns unless a specific feature clearly states otherwise and the user has granted the required permission.
4. Google account authorization
Some features require authorization through Google OAuth. You choose which Google account to connect and which permissions to grant. You may revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's own terms and policies.
5. User responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when using the service
- Keep your account and access credentials secure
- Use only accounts and data that you are authorized to access
- Comply with applicable laws, contracts and platform policies
- Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access or security issues
6. Prohibited use
You must not:
- Attempt to bypass security or access controls
- Access data without valid authorization
- Interfere with the operation of the service
- Introduce malware, harmful code or automated abuse
- Copy, resell or commercially exploit the service without written permission
- Use the service for unlawful, deceptive or harmful purposes
7. Intellectual property
MediaDashboard, including its software, design, branding and documentation, is owned by Platform5 Morocco or its licensors. These terms provide a limited, revocable and non-transferable right to use the service for authorized professional purposes.
Users retain ownership of the data they are authorized to connect to the service.
8. Confidentiality
Advertising account information and campaign data may be confidential. Users must protect this information and must not disclose it to unauthorized persons.
9. Third-party services
MediaDashboard may depend on Google APIs and other third-party infrastructure. We are not responsible for interruptions, changes or restrictions caused by third-party services.
10. Availability and changes
We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of MediaDashboard when required for maintenance, security, legal compliance or service improvement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
11. Disclaimer
MediaDashboard is provided on an as available basis. Reports may be delayed, incomplete or affected by changes made by connected platforms. Users remain responsible for checking important information directly in the relevant advertising platform before making decisions.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Platform5 Morocco will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use MediaDashboard, including loss of data, revenue or business opportunity.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these terms, creates a security risk, uses data without authorization or if access must be restricted for legal or operational reasons.
Users may stop using the service at any time and revoke Google access from their Google Account.
14. Privacy
Our collection and use of information is described in the MediaDashboard Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. Continued use after the updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, subject to any mandatory legal protections that apply to the user.
