MediaDashboard Privacy Policy
1. About MediaDashboard
MediaDashboard is an internal media reporting and analytics tool. It allows authorized users to connect Google Ads accounts and view advertising campaign information in a centralized dashboard.
2. Information we access
MediaDashboard only accesses information covered by the permissions shown on the Google consent screen and approved by the user.
This may include:
- Google Ads customer account identifiers and account names
- Campaign, ad group and advertisement names and settings
- Advertising performance data such as impressions, clicks, cost, conversions and related reporting metrics
- OAuth authorization tokens required to maintain the authorized connection
- Basic technical information such as browser type, IP address and application logs for security and troubleshooting
MediaDashboard does not request access to Google account passwords. It does not access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts or personal files through the Google Ads connection.
3. How we use information
We use the information only to:
- Authenticate authorized users
- Retrieve Google Ads reporting data requested by the user
- Display, aggregate and analyze campaign performance
- Maintain, secure and improve MediaDashboard
- Respond to support requests and investigate technical issues
- Comply with applicable legal obligations
4. Google API data
MediaDashboard uses information received from Google APIs in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google user data is not used for personalized advertising, credit assessment, surveillance or any purpose unrelated to MediaDashboard reporting functionality.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell Google user data or Google Ads data. We do not share this information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Information may be shared only with:
- Authorized Platform5 Morocco personnel who need access to operate or support the service
- Infrastructure and hosting providers acting on our instructions and subject to confidentiality obligations
- Authorities when disclosure is required by applicable law or a valid legal process
6. Data storage and security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or loss. Access is restricted to authorized users and credentials are protected using appropriate security controls.
No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Data retention and deletion
OAuth tokens are retained only while the Google connection is active and while they are needed to provide the service. Reporting data and technical logs are retained only for as long as necessary for operational, security, reporting or legal purposes.
Users can revoke MediaDashboard access from their Google Account permissions page. Users may also request deletion of their associated data by contacting us at hicham.guessous@platformfive-morocco.com. We will process valid requests within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements.
8. User choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, users may request access, correction or deletion of their personal information and may object to or restrict certain processing. Requests can be submitted using the contact details below.
9. Children's privacy
MediaDashboard is a professional tool and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the service.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the service or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised update date.
